What a Meal Includes

Build Your Own Breakfast and/or Lunch:

Students must select a minimum of 3 food groups:

  • 1/2 Cup Serving of Fruits or Vegetables
    +
  • 2 Servings of Bread/Grain, Milk, Protein, Fruits and/or Vegetables in any combination

It's Easy!

Chose at least 1 fruit or vegetable + 2 additional food groups to make a meal
